About the Association
The Association shall be called "Orissa Volleyball Association" having its Registered Office at Cuttack.
The Jurisdiction of the Association shall be the entire State of Orissa.
The Association shall be composed of life members, Ex-officio members, Districts, Organisations/Units affiliated thereto and playing the game of Volleyball and being otherwise qualified according to the Laws of the games as enforced from time to time by the Volleyball Federation of India and the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws of the Association.

Our Mission
To promote the art of playing Volleyball and to encourage its teaching in the State of Orissa.
To encourage, promote, assist in and regulate Volleyball contents in the State of Orissa.
To encourage, advise, assist,train Volleyball players in improving themselves in their performance.
To affiliate Volleyball Districts, Organisations and to register Competitions and tournaments.
Our Vision
To affiliate itself to Olypmic Association and National Federation and enforce the rules and regulations of the Federation and to do everything for the betterment of Volleyball in the State.
To Frame , add, alter, maintain and enforce rules, bye-laws and pursuance of and object to this memorandum of the Association for control of the game in the entire State of Orissa.
